Slink \Slink\, v. t. [imp. {Slunk}, Archaic {Slank}; p. p.
   {Slunk}; p. pr. & vb. n. {Slinking}.] [AS. slincan; probably
   akin to G. schleichen, E. sleek. See {Sleek}, a.]
   1. To creep away meanly; to steal away; to sneak. ``To slink
