Inflexible \In*flex"i*ble\, a. [L. inflexiblis: cf. F.

   1. Not capable of being bent; stiff; rigid; firm; unyielding.

   2. Firm in will or purpose; not to be turned, changed, or
      altered; resolute; determined; unyieding; inexorable;
      stubborn.
