1. Capable of being set right, amended, or reformed; as, a
corrigible fault.
2. Submissive to correction; docile. ``Bending down his
corrigible neck.'' --Shak.
3. Deserving chastisement; punishable. [Obs.]
He was taken up very short, and adjudged corrigible
for such presumptuous language. --Howell.
4. Having power to correct; corrective. [Obs.]
