Consolidate \Con*sol"i*date\, a. [L. consolidatus, p. pr. of
   consolidare to make firm; con- + solidare to make firm;
   solidus solid. See {Solid}, and cf. {Consound}.]
   Formed into a solid mass; made firm; consolidated. [R.]
