Complot \Com"plot\, n. [F. complot, prob. for comploit, fr.L.
   complicitum, prop. p. p. of complicare, but equiv. to
   complicatio complication, entangling. See {Complicate}, and
   cf. {Plot}.]
   A plotting together; a confederacy in some evil design; a
   conspiracy.
