Zincoid \Zinc"oid\, a. [Zinc + -oid.]
   Pertaining to, or resembling, zinc; -- said of the
   electricity of the zincous plate in connection with a copper
   plate in a voltaic circle; also, designating the positive
   pole. [Obs.]
