Wrench \Wrench\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Wrenched}; p. pr. & vb. n.
   {Wrenching}.] [OE. wrenchen, AS. wrencan to deceive,
   properly, to twist, from wrenc guile, deceit, a twisting.

   1. To pull with a twist; to wrest, twist, or force by
      violence.
