Neurotomy \Neu*rot"o*my\, n. [Neuro- + Gr. ? to cut.]
   1. The dissection, or anatomy, of the nervous system.

   2. (Med.) The division of a nerve, for the relief of
      neuralgia, or for other purposes. --Dunglison.
