Forktail \Fork"tail`\, n. (Zo["o]l.)
   (a) One of several Asiatic and East Indian passerine birds,
       belonging to {Enucurus}, and allied genera. The tail is
       deeply forking.
   (b) A salmon in its fourth year's growth. [Prov. Eng.]
